From Crash, To Fixed In A Flash! “So I recently went through something I thought I’d never have to discuss, but a couple weeks ago I was rear ended while stopped in front of a school bus. It was a typical morning in which I was dropping off one of the kids at school, when suddenly I was visually prompted to follow an extremely common rule! For in the oncoming lane I saw a school bus who began to flash its lights and activate its side mounted stop sign, which to be honest always gives me ptsd because of a past experience that ended in a hefty fine. But that is a story perhaps for another day, but nevertheless school buses make me nervous because of the amount I previously had to pay! Once I saw the school bus doing its you better stop dance, I immediately slowed to a crawl at the most opportune chance. And after about 10 seconds or so of me patiently waiting with hands on the wheel, the whole vehicle shook as if it was struck by another automobile! This moment caught me completely by surprise, forcing me to investigate with a pair of heavily confused eyes. I instantly realized that a car that had been parked in front of the school just moments before, wasn’t entirely in the same

The staff at CARSTAR in Fountain Hill were very understanding of my situation and were willing to work with me under unexpected circumstances. They kept me posted of the length of time, answered any questions I had with patience and helped me find a reasonably priced car rental while repairing my car door that a deer had run into. I would definitely go back to them again and recommend their shop for a job well done.

I was in a fender bender and needed a quote quickly, so I gave them a call. They told me to come right in, and within five minutes of arriving I had a very reasonable quote. There was zero pressure to add on extra services, and I was able to schedule my repair for the following week and be on my way. The service couldn’t have been better. This will definitely be my go-to place moving forward!

Having been sideswiped, I decided to take my vehicle to Mark and his crew and trust them with the work. I did not have driver side access other crawling over the passenger seat or hoping for a sunny day that I could keep my window open. I had prior experience with Mark before, about a year ago, and was pleased with the results so it was logical to trust them again. After a slight delay due to some prior body work that was done on the vehicle (not their fault) I received my car back and again was not disappointed. In addition to fixing the drivers side doors I also got my wheels redone, a repair on the front right corner, and decided it was time to get rid of the front plate mount from the being a NJ car when new. Mark is extremely honest about work that needs done, work that can be done, and most importantly work that doesn’t need to be done. A big thank you to Mark and his team for making this 2012 look near new again!
